This image was taken during one of my visits to the English Lake District
Ashness Bridge is a traditional stone-built bridge on the single-track road from the Borrowdale road to Watendlath, in the English Lake District, Cumbria and a popular spot for photographers.
By using a slow shutter speed I have managed to smooth out the flow of water to give the slight "milky effect" which enhances the image.
